However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Thailand, we recognize specific exceptions, limited to the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a clear manufacturing defect (not caused by wear, misuse, alteration, washing, or third-party handling), please notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing photo and video evidence.
- Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
All claims will be carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the criteria or where evidence suggests damage occurred after delivery.
