All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, even after an order has been placed.


4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and secure electronic payment options.


5. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and other factors.


6. Returns and Refunds

TENWI operates under a strict no-return, no-refund policy, in line with our mission to encourage mindful consumption and support small-scale production.

However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Thailand, we recognize specific exceptions, limited to the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a clear manufacturing defect (not caused by wear, misuse, alteration, washing, or third-party handling), please notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing photo and video evidence.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.

All claims will be carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the criteria or where evidence suggests damage occurred after delivery.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Change-of-mind
  • Incorrect sizing due to customer error
  • Color or appearance differences due to screen settings or photography lighting
  • Minor variations inherent in handmade or artisanal production
  • Delivery delays or issues caused by postal or customs authorities

All sales are considered final unless they meet the strict criteria listed above.


7. Consumer Rights (Thailand-Specific Notice)

As a business registered and operating in Thailand, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001). Customers have rights under these acts, including the right to accurate product information, fair terms, and dispute resolution.
